1 1/2 cups vege oil (sunflower or mazola)
2 cups white sugar (i only use 1 3/4 cups )
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsps baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 cups grated carrots
8oz crushed pineapple (Secret is with the juice)- because i dont have pineapple juice at that time, i ganti ngan orange juice... :D still sedap lah.. hihi
3/4 cup chopped pecan/walnut.. also ganti with chopped hazelnut.. yes! still tasted good.. :D
1 1/2 tsps vanila extract
Confect sugar to taste
8 ox cream cheese (Phila or Kiri)
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 tsps vanilla extract
zest of 1 lemon :)
Beat vege oil, sugar. Add on eggs each at a time.
Add on powdered stuff bit by bit.
Mix well then add carrots, chopped pecan/walnut and crushed pineapple.
Bake at 375f about 1 hour or until till cook...depends on the oven actually.
For cream cheese: add all and whip...spread on cool cake :)
